(1)   Computational Intelligence in Industrial Engineering
(2)   Consumer Product Design
(3)   Economic Engineering & Cost Estimation
(4)   Facilities Design & Location
(5)   Information Systems
(6)   Maintenance Engineering and Management
(7)   Materials Handling
(8)   Performance Analysis & Simulation
(9)   Production Systems Design, Planning and Control
(10) Productivity & Business Strategies
(11) Project Management
(12) Technology Management & Transfer
(13) Total Quality Management & Quality Technology
(14) Work Measurement & Methods Engineering
(15) Industrial Ergonomics & Safety
(16) Applied Operations Research
(17) CAD/CAM
(18) Other Topics of Interest in the Business Engineering Fields

Additionally, NAME’s product lines includes a genetic Internet-Based Operating System (IBOS), an Integrated Autonomous Office Application (IAOA), a generic designer software formula called Managerial Applied Numerics (MAN), and a programming strategy titled Distributed Operating System Architecture (DOSA).  Which are the study of the design & implementation of computerized software agents that can make decisions on their own and in interaction with a user or other software agents over a personal/corporate intranet or the World Wide Web.  Software agents interact with users or act autonomously and rationally in time-constrained, open, multi-agent environments.  Case in point, the aim of our company’s Distributed Artificial Life Program (DALP) is to bring together the micro & macro aspects of these emerging technologies through virtual biological cloning, of which shall facilitate the implementation of artificially induced scenarios used in developing real-time problem resolutions.

Moreover, these products of NAME addresses the issues of: agent specification via information retrieval theories, modeling of computer agents, decisions of and in IBOS [DOSA/DALP/IAOA] multi-environments, development of coordination strategies in distributing information, digital negotiation mechanisms, technical conflict detection & resolution strategies, communication protocols, and mechanisms whereby computerized software agents can maintain autonomy while still contributing to overall system effectiveness.  The company’s software system(s) will also explore computer agent shell architectures, methodologies for realizing compatible or viral agents, agent decision-making theories, inter-agent communication, end-user natural language discourse, and software engineering tools for programming and experimentation with other autonomous agents.

The management structure of NAME consists of 91 key personnel with 1-2 supporting secretaries within each office, under each deputy or executive. If and when the need arises for a broader scope of internal personnel, this network shall either outsource it needs, or temporarily hire the individuals desired to meet its current goals & objectives. For further information regarding the management structure of NAME, please see Appendices - H and M of the draft contract agreements.

Q.  What are the contracting processes involved with doing business with NAME?

A.  The FIRST PROCESS is composed of partial systems entry in obtaining contractual instructions, whereby a Proposer will down-load an outline of opening statements regarding the types of services that NAME renders. Additionally, a Proposer shall also receive an even more extensive script of information regarding the judicial status of NAME in the areas of Contracting, Anti-Trust, Research & Development, Labor Laws (Benefits), Copyrights, Proprietary Information, and NAME's Educational & Constitutional role under the IRS’s codes & definitions of Employment Related Education (PUB. #970). Furthermore, these briefs will also reflect NAME's Constitutional Status as an Employment Related Strategic Development System, Competitive Investigation Service, and as an Institution of Freely Express Ideas under the Statutory Laws of the United States and of the State of California.

The SECOND PROCESS consists of further systems entry through the menu selection process, whereby every Proposer must complete & submit an application (i.e., order form, resume, portfolio, questionnaire, etc.), and attend an orientation session after paying the initial processing fees in order to acquire a user account and full systems access. Moreover, so as to insure that all Proposers can access and manipulate the information within their database, all accounts will include a Request For Proposal, the Strategic Development, Consulting and Marketing Contracts, as well as the Users Guide (Operations Manual) for systems keyword definitions, coding, decoding, accounting, records keeping and autonomous systems reengineering. Also, all accounts shall be continuously updated and reviewed by NAME for the purposes of evaluating the network’s overall efficiency.

Furthermore, systems access to secured documents (Appendices A - M) will not be  granted until a Proposer has submitted a registration and password fee of $19.95. Additionally, systems processing and setup fees may also be required for initializing business contracts, website hosting, etc., as all fees are applied toward the total processing fee involved in contracting with this network. Thereupon, all Proposers who submit their proposals during the first 2 years of this network’s operations may have all contracting fees deferred or waived entirely upon proof of current or prior experience in their solicited and selective fields of expertise. NAME will deliver its training from a series of instructor-led autonomous agents to individuals & businesses at remote sites located through-out the world. In most cases the subcontractor will interact with the instructor (agent) and each other through the use of multi-media tools and the Internet as if they were together in the same classroom setting. Typically, the proposer’s past & current job related performance and task analysis leads to the identification of the educational needs which are either being met by current instructional strategies, are not being met satisfactorily, or are not being addressed at all because of various constraints. The effort is then to focus on the educational needs that are not being met satisfactorily or not at all.

Moreover, through intelligence built into NAME systems and the extended availability of across the board intelligent support systems, electronic commerce systems will enhance the support services. The ability to provide on-line answers to problems, through resolution guides, archives of commonly encountered problems, electronic mail interaction (and in the future audio & video support), and all that 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, builds contractual confidence and retention. Monitoring how subcontractors use support information also provides insights on improvement areas in current products & services, and the list of issues encountered with products and services can be a significant source of product and services feedback for the design of new products and services.

Q.  After the completion of the terms of my contract with NAME, will I maintain  ownership of any equipment or products developed before or during the contract  period with NAME or through the use of NAME’s technology?

A.  Yes, the security and proprietary rights agreements of NAME are specifically focused toward protecting NAME’s market share, and preventing competitors from using NAME’s secured business practices and technologies to compete directly with NAME, its subcontractors or its customers.
